INSTALLATION OF DMP & LASER PRINTER IN HP THIN CLIENT (VC4725)
 Copy the driver files (.ppd files) in the Pen drive
To access Pen drive in TC,
 Go to Application
 TC Settings- TC Control Manager
 In TC Control manager Click Storage
Storage
 Enable USB
 Insert Pen Drive
 Copy the .ppd files
Where to Paste the Copied .ppd files
Goto Application File Browser Open Folder PPD
(The Below window will open)

Paste the copied .ppd (driver files) files in the PPD folder.
Copying of driver files was completed.
To use Printer,
Click Printer
Click CUPS
Select the Printer Model from Printers.
Select the Port
Save the Settings


Click Here to Take Effect.


1. Select Printer through Printers drop box.
2. Select proper port (LPT1/ USB/ COM1/ COM2)
3. Select “set printer as default” (if you want to make this printer as a default printer).
4. Click on Save Button.
5. Click on “Restart CUPS with these setting” button.
Your printer was successfully configured in TC.
